Our approach to property development.
The driving force behind Hillstone Developments are their two directors, Craig Halliwell and Tony Bhatti.
Craig Halliwell and Tony Bhatti got together and formed Hillstone Developments in 2004.
Craig, previously from a quantity surveying background, had worked for several regional main contractors after completing his BSc (Hons) Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Tony, previously a professional sportsman, had been dealing with residential, commercial and industrial land and property for the past 20 years. together with their experienced team they have developed a company whose objective it is to build quality houses and apartments in sought after and up and coming areas.
Hillstone Developments offer a wide range of property types from 1 bedroom apartments to 5 bedroom detached houses.
Currently we have built homes across the northwest, in locations such as Huddersfield, Barnsley and Oldham.
With an awareness of environmental issues a number of the Hillstone apartment schemes are providing 10% of the energy requirement from a renewable source in order to reduce the CO2 emissions.
Our commitment to building quaility homes will always remain as a pivital point as we grow, as this is the factor we pride our business on.

Our future aims
With a target to build around 400 properties in the next 12 months the company aims to grow and increase this amount each year and already has a land bank to accommodate the growth.Our commitment to building quaility homes will always remain as a pivital point as we grow, as this is the factor we pride our business on.
